Call for Quotation (CFQ) for Vehicle Rental Services
Mandala Theatre Nepal invites quotations from eligible and experienced vehicle rental service providers for the provision of rental vehicles on a per-day basis to support field travel from Bhairahawa to the following project locations:
Field Locations:
- Alital Rural Municipality, Dadeldhura
- Triveni Municipality, Bajura
- Panchadewal Binayak Municipality, Achham
- Jhimruk Rural Municipality, Pyuthan
- Bijaya Nagar Rural Municipality, Kapilvastu
- Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City, Banke
Service Period:
May 2026 to January 2027 (approximately 105 days; actual utilization may vary)
Vehicle Requirements:
- 4WD vehicle (Scorpio or equivalent) suitable for hilly terrain
- One traveler bus (16-seater) suitable for hilly terrain
- Vehicles must be in sound operating condition, fully registered, and insured
- The service must include a qualified driver, fuel, regular maintenance, and all applicable taxes
Quotation Requirements:
Interested service providers are requested to include the following details in their quotation:
- Per-day rental rate (inclusive of driver and fuel)
- Vehicle model, type, and registration details
- Copy of company registration and VAT/PAN certificate
- Evidence of prior experience in providing similar services to NGOs/INGOs or government agencies
Payment Terms:
- Payment will be made based on the actual number of days the vehicle is utilized
- Full payment will be processed upon completion of the assignment
Submission Guidelines:
Interested service providers are requested to submit their sealed quotation documents via email to mpbtfinance@mandalatheatre.com no later than 25 April 2026.
Mandala Theatre Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
